Audrey, an 8th generation Colorado Native from Monte Vista, CO, brings a variety of industry experience (private, public, non-profit) into organizational development and support, especially through a focus on progressive HR practices, leadership development, and systems thinking. She has a specific focus on flipping historic HR practices to be more equitable and empowering organizations to focus on employee engagement over historic Key Performance Indicators to measure success and growth. She works to build transparent systems, empowering employee knowledge and collaboration to solve complex problems.

Audrey has served in various HR roles including most recently as the Director of Workforce Solutions for the State of Colorado. During her service, she worked to dismantle systemic barriers to state employment for all Coloradan’s. Successes include implementation of EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) policies, practices and training into agency and state programs through participation in the statewide Equity Alliance, Skills-based hiring and eliminating a sole degree requirement for nearly 80% of state positions, partnership and implementation or Registered Apprenticeship programs through CDLE for state employment with “earn and learn” work programs, ongoing funding dedicated to state employee professional development, and data & analytics implementation to measure and direct state HR initiatives.

Prior to the state, her experience in Behavioral Health non-profit and retail provided additional insight into organizational capacities and structures with successes such as launch and implementation of state Peer Support Services program and implementation of HR practices in US territories.

Audrey holds a dual Master of Science from Regis University in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management and Leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Phoenix in Psychology and is SHRM-SCP and Gallup Strengths Coach certified.

Audrey enjoys spending time with her teenage son, nerding out with Dungeons & Dragons, or a good ole’ X-box game, or even a quick game of ice hockey.
